Manage client ad accounts with clear boundaries.

Reuse launch workflows, give teammates and agents the access they need, and explain changes with a record of account activity.

For Agencies & freelance media buyers

More clients should not mean more disconnected operating routines.

A client asks why spend changed last week. The media buyer remembers adjusting a budget, another teammate launched a new creative batch, and an agent prepared recommendations in a separate conversation. Reconstructing the sequence becomes part of the reporting work.

The problem grows with each client. Teams need consistent operating routines, but each client has different targets, permissions, and brand context. A process that depends on everyone remembering those differences becomes harder to review.

Standardize the process around each client’s account

Superlaunch gives your team a shared place for account tools, context, and activity. You can keep the same review process across clients while choosing the right account, creative collection, template, and permissions for each job. Agents work within the access granted to the connecting user.

Ask your connected AI agent to help with the workflow below. Use the Superlaunch app to connect accounts, select media and inspect the results. Try the AI agent prompts.

Explain a client’s week without reconstructing it from memory

A retail client asks why spend changed. Your team launched a creative batch and adjusted a budget through Superlaunch during the week. The account lead needs to put those actions alongside the performance data, explain the sequence, and identify what still needs investigation.

The following is an illustrative workflow you can adapt to your account.

How this works in practice

Start with the client’s question

Ask your agent to review the named client account for last week and compare it with the previous week. Have it show spend and the results the client measures, such as purchases or leads. Confirm the account it found before continuing.

Ask what changed through Superlaunch during the same period. Activity can show the launches and budget actions your team ran, who or what initiated them, and whether they completed. It does not include every change made elsewhere in Meta.

Turn the evidence into a client explanation

Put the recorded actions beside the performance trend. A new creative batch or budget change may help explain the timing, but a change followed by better results does not prove it caused the improvement. Ask the agent to separate facts from possible explanations.

Have the agent draft a short report with the results, relevant account changes and recommended next steps. The account lead reviews it and sends it through the agency’s usual reporting tools. Schedule recurring report generation in your agent system if you need it.

Keep each client’s brief and access clear

Save the client’s brand brief and targets with the relevant brand and account. Use recognizable client and market names for accounts, collections and templates. Ask the agent to confirm which client’s context it is using.

Set which accounts each teammate can access and what they can do. A reporting teammate may need only read access; a buyer needs permission to change campaigns. Their agents follow those permissions. Review access when assignments change.

Prepare the next batch from the review

When the client approves a new test, ask the agent to use that client’s creative collection and campaign template. Check the account’s Launcher limits, then review a preview showing the ads, destination, audience and budget.

Create the reviewed campaign paused if the account lead needs a final check. Reuse this process for other clients, while reviewing their own settings. Repeat launches and rules should target only the client accounts and campaigns you intended.

AI agent prompt examples

Connect your AI agent to Superlaunch, then try these prompts in your conversation. Replace the names and example values with your own. Use account, collection and template names; the agent should find them and ask you to choose if more than one matches.

Start with the right client

Prepare a weekly review for [client’s ad account name]. Confirm which account you found and read this client’s saved targets and brand brief. Ask me about missing information before starting.

Use a recognizable client and market name. If multiple accounts match, the agent should ask you to choose. Team permissions determine which accounts it can access.

Draft the client report

Compare last week with the previous week for this client. Show spend, purchases, cost per purchase and ROAS where available. Include relevant changes recorded through Superlaunch and explain any data gaps. Separate what happened from your recommendations. Draft the report here for my review.

Superlaunch Activity covers work recorded through Superlaunch. Share the reviewed report through your usual client reporting tools.

Prepare the client’s next creative batch

For [client’s ad account name], prepare a paused launch using [collection name] and [template name]. Check that the ads, destination, audience and budget fit this client. Show me the preview before creating it.

A reusable process saves setup work, but each client’s creative and campaign settings still need review.

Answer a client’s question about changes

For [client’s ad account name], what did our Superlaunch launches and rules change last week? Show completed work, failures and anything still pending. Put those changes beside the spend trend and draft a short explanation for the client. Flag anything the records cannot explain.

Changes and performance can move together without one proving the cause of the other. Review the explanation before sending it.

Before you rely on the result

An agent connection follows the connecting user’s granted access. Give a reporting-only user read permissions when account changes are not part of the job. Client report delivery and recurring report schedules stay in your existing tools or agent system.

A useful first step

Start with one client’s weekly review. Make the selected account, reporting period, and recorded changes explicit. Then use the same review structure as you bring additional client workflows into Superlaunch.

Your team follows a repeatable process while keeping account selection, permissions, client context, and change history visible.
